Periods of Operation. Where the work demands constant and uninterrupted concentration on the screen by the operator, the employer will allow the operator 5 minutes of non-visual display unit work after one hour of operation and 15 minutes of non-visual display unit work after every 2 hours of operation. The non-visual display unit work shall take the form of a rotation of job task or may coincide with regular breaks.
Periods of Operation. 4.2.1 The VC Cafe shall be open to the public on the days and during the hours the VC is open to the public as determined by the City. City shall provide Operator with written notice of the VC's period of operation. If weather or other circumstances require Operator to shorten hours it may be done with the City's consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.   • PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
