Periodic Status Reports. Provide via its secure website regular reports to PlaintiffsLiaison Counsel, Defendant Insureds’ Counsel, the WTC Captive and its counsel, and the Claims Appeal Neutral regarding all tasks performed by the Allocation Neutral in accordance with the Agreement, including (i) the status of the Allocation Neutral’s claims review and determinations; (ii) the number of Deficiency Notices issued and the status of Plaintiffs’ responses thereto; (iii) the status of Preliminary Payments, Final Distributions, Permanent Disability Fund awards, Qualifying Surgery payments, and Mixed Orthopedic Injury payments; (iv) the number and status of Reconsideration Requests; (v) the number and status of Appeals; (vi) the status of lien resolution by the Lien Resolution Administrator; (vii) the projected Final Point Value in each Master Docket; and (viii) the timing of the Allocation Process in compliance with Exhibit J to this Agreement.
Periodic Status Reports. The participant shall submit periodic status reports, which detail activities completed for the reporting period and those planned for the upcoming reporting period, to the department for the duration of this agreement. Periodic Status Reports. 1. Upon implementation of this AFA, periodic status reports will be prepared quarterly. The Refuge Manager shall endeavor to submit the status reports to the FWS Refuge Supervisor and the CSKT Tribal Council by the 15th day of January, April, July, and October. Documents filed with the Commission pursuant to its Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System (“XXXXX”) shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Representative pursuant to this section.

  • Periodic Reporting (i) The CWTI Common Stock has been registered under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "EXCHANGE ACT") and CWTI is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of Section 13 of the Exchange Act. CWTI has heretofore made available to SheerVision and the SheerVision Shareholders true, complete, and correct copies of the CWTI SEC Documents. The CWTI SEC Documents, including, without limitation, any financial statements and schedules included therein, at the time filed or, if subsequently amended, as so amended, (i) did not contain any untrue statement of a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements therein not misleading and (ii) complied in all respects with the applicable requirements of the Exchange Act and the applicable rules and regulations thereunder. The financial statements included in the CWTI SEC Documents complied when filed as to form in all material respects with applicable accounting requirements and with the published rules and regulations of the SEC with respect thereto, have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, applied on a consistent basis during the periods involved (except as may be indicated in the notes thereto or, in the case of unaudited financial statements, as permitted by the rules and regulations of the Commission) and fairly present, subject in the case of the unaudited financial statements, to customary year end audit adjustments, the financial position of CWTI as at the dates thereof and the results of its operations and cash flows.

  • Cost Reports After the Closing, Sellers, at their expense, shall prepare and timely file, in a manner that complies with applicable legal requirements, all terminating and other cost reports required or permitted by law to be filed under the Medicare and Medicaid or other third party payor programs and the State Health Agency for periods ending prior to the Effective Time, or as a result of the consummation of the transactions described herein (“Seller Cost Reports”). Upon the reasonable request of Sellers, Buyers shall reasonably cooperate with Sellers in providing certain information needed by Sellers when preparing any Seller Cost Reports, including, but not limited to, completion of Sellers’ standard hospital data collection template, invoice and general ledger analysis, and other documentation historically prepared by the Hospitals (including all free-standing emergency and other departments) for cost reporting purposes. If requested by Sellers, the applicable Buyer shall include the applicable Seller’s Medicare bad debts that are returned from collection agencies subsequent to the Closing Date on the applicable Buyer’s cost report for the respective period to which the Medicare bad debt relates provided that Sellers provide detailed supporting information, as required by Medicare regulations, for the Medicare bad debt account amounts to be included on the applicable Buyer’s Medicare cost report. The applicable Buyer shall forward to Sellers any and all correspondence relating to the Seller Cost Reports within five (5) business days after receipt by such Buyer. The applicable Buyer shall remit any receipts of funds relating to the Seller Cost Reports or to Sellers’ Medicare bad debts included on a Buyer’s cost report promptly after receipt by such Buyer and shall forward to Sellers any demand for payments within three (3) business days after receipt by such Buyer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Sellers shall retain all rights to the Seller Cost Reports including any amounts receivable or payable in respect of such reports or reserves relating to such reports and all liabilities relating thereto. Such rights shall include the right to appeal any Medicare or Medicaid determinations relating to the Seller Cost Reports. Sellers shall retain the originals of the Seller Cost Reports, correspondence, work papers and other documents relating to the Seller Cost Reports. Sellers will furnish to Buyers copies of such cost reports, and related correspondence, work papers and other documents upon Xxxxxx’ request.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
