Periodic Reports and Meetings. BPO agrees to provide Aegis with daily reports of its performance under this Agreement in form and substance acceptable to Aegis. Aegis will provide BPO with periodic feedback regarding BPO’s performance at such times and in such form, as Aegis deems appropriate. The Parties agree to meet on a quarterly basis during the term of this Agreement at a time and location determined by Aegis to review and discuss the performance of the Services under this Agreement and related matters such as planning, forecasting, new services and such other matters as Aegis deems appropriate. Minutes shall be kept by BPO of what is discussed at each such meeting, and copies of such minutes shall be distributed to the Parties as soon as reasonably possible after each meeting.

Periodic Reports and Meetings. The parties agree that METALLICA shall issue half-yearly reports in Spanish language in respect of the investment and expenses effected by it, reports that in any case, shall contain the results obtained in each one of the aforementioned periods. In the event that either party makes a request in writing to the other, the parties shall meet to discuss any doubts in respect of such report within the period of 30 days following the delivery by METALLICA to LOS POTRILLOS of the respective report.

Periodic Reports and Meetings. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, the Members shall use their reasonable efforts to procure that the President, at the request of any Member holding, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the outstanding Membership Interest, prepares (and furnishes to each Member) such reports on such dates and with such frequency as that Member may reasonably request, and shall procure that the President, as promptly as possible after their preparation, furnishes to the Board copies of such reports prepared by the Management Team in connection with the Company and any Project as may be reasonably required by the Board and that the President meets with the Board, or an appropriate committee of the Board, at such times and with such frequency as may be reasonably required by the Board or such committee, as the case may be, to discuss such reports.
