Common use of Periodic Examinations Clause in Contracts

Periodic Examinations. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall undergo a thorough general, physical examination by an internist or general medical practitioner during the term of the Agreement and at least once every two years thereafter. The Employee shall inform the Superintendent of the results of that examination. The District shall reimburse for up to 50 percent of the cost of each examination.
