Periodic Cleaning a) The Contractor shall provide a programme for periodic and deep cleaning activities to the Authority’s Visitor Services Manager and Stakeholders for approval within one (1) month of the start of each Contract year. This programme will be discussed during monthly contract meetings and revised as necessary. The Contractor shall inform the Authority’s Visitor Services Manager of all periodic cleaning activity one (1) month prior to it being undertaken. The Contractor shall ensure that Stakeholders are informed prior to carrying out periodic cleaning activities.
Periodic Cleaning. Project Co will provide Planned Periodic Cleaning for all Cleaned Elements including general cleaning of the Facility, interior and exterior window cleaning, carpet shampooing, high-level dusting and upholstery cleaning as and when required.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Maintenance Repairs and Alterations Landlord hereby covenants that the Premises shall be in reasonably good and usable condition as of the effective date of this Agreement. Tenant shall keep the Premises in good order, repair and condition at all times during the Agreement term, except for ordinary wear and tear.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

Concrete block walls shall receive 1 coat of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Block Filler and 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar latex Eg-Shel enamel. Interior finishes and color selections shall be approved by the State. A schedule of colors and finishes shall be prepared by the Owner/Lessor and approved by the State.
