PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT. Unless extended or earlier terminated in accordance with its terms, the validity of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement (“Commencement Date”) and will terminate at the close of business on the third anniversary (the “Expiration Date”) of the Commencement Date. Any extension beyond the Expiration Date must be in writing and signed by the Campaign Member and TNRF.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT. Period of Validity of the Agreement is equal to the one specified in the Application for Provision of Banking Services subject to no Event of Default. In case of the Event of Default the Agreement shall remain valid until all obligations of the Parties hereunder are performed in full. If the period of provision of the Banking services ordered by the Client expired and the Client does not order Banking Services within 1 (one) calendar year, the Agreement shall be deemed cancelled automatically and does not require conclusion of cancellation agreement by the Parties. The Agreement shall not be applied to obligations of the Parties that had occurred before they entered into the Agreement unless otherwise expressly stipulated by the Agreement. Expiry of the Agreement does not release the Parties from responsibility for its violations that occurred during the period of validity of the Agreement.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT. 9.1. This Agreement is concluded for the validity period of the Patents and comes into force from the date of its registration at the Rospatent.
