Period of Provision. Service Provider shall provide Termination Assistance Services commencing on the date a determination is made by DIR that there shall be an Assistance Event, which date may be up to six (6) months prior to the effective date of such Assistance Event or on such earlier date as DIR may request, and continuing for up to eighteen (18) months after the effective date of such Assistance Event, as designated by DIR, subject to such further extensions as permitted in Section 4.6(a)(iii).

Period of Provision. Supplier shall provide such Termination Assistance Services to Kraft and the Eligible Recipients, or their designee(s) (i) with reasonable prior written notice given the nature of the tasks being requested, with such services commencing on the date specified in the notice, which may be up to six months prior to the expiration of the Term or on such earlier date as Kraft may reasonably request given the nature of the tasks being requested, and continuing for the period of time requested by Kraft in its notice to Supplier, which may be up to 12 months following the effective date of the expiration of the Term (as such Term may be extended pursuant to Section 3.2), (ii) commencing upon any notice of termination (including notice based upon breach or default by Kraft, breach or default by Supplier, or termination in whole or in part for convenience by Kraft) of the Term with respect to all or any part of the Services, and continuing for the period of time requested by Kraft in its notice to Supplier, which may be up to 12 months following the effective date of such termination of all or part of the Services, or (iii) commencing upon notice of termination of all or part of the Services to an Eligible Recipient no longer Controlled by Kraft and continuing for the period of time requested by Kraft in its notice to Supplier, which may be up to 12 months following the effective date of such termination.

Period of Provision. As and to the extent requested by Sears from time to time, CSC shall provide to the Eligible Recipients Termination Assistance Services commencing upon request from Sears at any time or times during the Term of any Transaction Document and continuing for up to twenty-four (24) months following the expiration or termination of any Services.

For purposes of this Master Agreement and the Services Agreements, the terms "Term" and "term," respectively, shall automatically be extended until the date determined by Oncor as the completion date of the Termination Assistance Services. Oncor may only terminate a Services Agreement in its entirety.
Period of Provision. Supplier shall provide Disengagement Services to Ascension Health, the applicable Eligible Recipients and their designee(s), commencing upon a request for Disengagement Services, and, at Ascension Health’s request, continuing for up to twelve (12) months following the effective date of the notice of removal of the Services, or, if applicable, the expiration or termination of the Term of with respect to Affected Services.
