PERIOD OF OPERATION. Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. This agreement will come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA). The agreement has a nominal expiry of three (3) calendar years following lodgement. It will remain in force thereafter until either replaced or rescinded.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. OF THIS PART OF THE AGREEMENT This part of the Agreement shall come into operation on the same date as fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of Clause 2 of this Agreement.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. 4.1 Linfox shall make application to the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) for approval.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will come into effect seven days after approval from the FWC and will remain in force until 21 August 2022.

PERIOD OF OPERATION. 12.1 This Agreement will commence 7 days after it is approved by the FWC (“the commencement date”) and will have a nominal expiry date of 15 July 2018.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. 4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation 7 days after the day the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. This agreement shall come into force from the first full pay period on or after the date on which this agreement is made and shall remain in force from company’s signing until 30th September 2006.
