PERIOD OF DUTY. Unless assigned duties and professional responsibilities related to the proper functioning of the school require otherwise, Teachers shall remain on duty for seven (7) hours and forty (40) minutes each day. After consulting with the Faculty Advisory Committee, the Principal will establish the normal reporting times for Teachers before student classes begin each day as well as the normal departure times after classes have ended. Lengthy conferences with students and/or parents should be specifically scheduled by the Teacher in coordination with the Principal and/or Counselor.

PERIOD OF DUTY. The period of duty will be determined by ZV subject to consultation with Camp Leaders and CPSU, duration of which will take into account time for set up, animal encounters and other activities to engage visitors, meal preparation and clean up, pack-up and other routine duties.

  • Hours of Duty (a) The prescribed hours of duty may be worked with flexible commencement and finishing times in accordance with the provisions of this clause.

  • Tour of Duty A tour of duty means the authorized and/or approved time worked by an employee during the day, as defined in Articles 15.1, 15.1.1 and 15.4 calculated to the end of the last quarter (¼) hour in which work was performed. If a tour of duty extends beyond 2400 hours it shall be considered as falling wholly within the calendar day in which it started.

  • Off Duty day - Except where the provisions of 10.3.1 apply, if a public holiday, other than Waitangi Day and ANZAC Day, falls on a rostered employee's off duty day (such off duty day not being a Saturday or a Sunday) the employee shall be granted an additional day's leave at a later date convenient to the Employer.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Period of Leave (a) The period of leave will be for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December.

  • Period of Retention All books, records, reports, and statements relevant to this Contract must be retained a minimum three years and for five years if any federal funds are used under this Contract. The retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by the City, or from the date of termination of this Contract, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative and judicial litigation which may ensue.
