Common use of Period of Duration Clause in Contracts

Period of Duration. The period of duration of the Partnership (“Period of Duration”) commenced on the date of the filing of the Partnership Statement of Existence with the Secretary of State, and shall continue until December 31, 2056, unless the Partnership is terminated or dissolved sooner, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The existence of the Partnership as a separate legal entity shall continue until cancellation of the Statement of Partnership Existence as provided in the Act.
