Period of Construction. S.5 The Developer shall construct and complete the Works within the Period of Construction and all parts of the Works including all outfalls and all connections to existing public Sewers shall be completed and in working order before any foul or surface water drainage is discharged from any building or property served by the Works PROVIDED ALWAYS that if the Developer shall fail to construct and complete the Works within the Period of Construction the Developer shall comply with any revised standards for any part of the Works which have been notified to the Developer in writing by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx.
