Performance Warranty. Contractor shall warrant all work under this Contract, taking necessary steps and precautions to perform the work to County’s satisfaction. Contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical assurance, timely completion and coordination of all documentation and other goods/services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. Contractor shall perform all work diligently, carefully, and in a good and workmanlike manner; shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies, shall at its sole expense obtain and maintain all permits and licenses required by public authorities, including those of County required in its governmental capacity, in connection with performance of the work. If permitted to subcontract, Contractor shall be fully responsible for all work performed by subcontractors.

Subrecipient shall perform all work diligently, carefully, and in a good and workmanlike manner; shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies, shall at its sole expense obtain and maintain all permits and licenses required by public authorities, including those of County required in its governmental capacity, in connection with performance of the work. If permitted to subcontract, Subrecipient shall be fully responsible for all work performed by subcontractors.
Performance Warranty. A. Contractor warrants to County that Contractor has the skill and knowledge ordinarily possessed by well-informed members of its trade or profession practicing in the greater Houston metropolitan area and Contractor will apply that skill and knowledge with care and diligence to ensure that the Services provided hereunder will be performed and delivered in accordance with the highest professional standards.
Performance Warranty. Symantec warrants that the Licensed Software, as delivered by Symantec and when used in accordance with the Documentation, will substantially conform to the Documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery. If the Licensed Software does not comply with this warranty and such non-compliance is reported by You to Symantec within the ninety (90) day warranty period, Symantec will do one of the following, selected at Symantec’s reasonable discretion: either (i) repair the Licensed Software, (ii) replace the Licensed Software with software of substantially the same functionality, or (iii) terminate this License Agreement and refund the relevant license fees paid for such non-compliant Licensed Software. The above warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from accident, abuse, unauthorized repair, modifications or enhancements, or misapplication. THE FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR SYMANTEC’S BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
Performance Warranty. Each Party hereby warrants and guarantees the performance of any and all rights and obligations of this Agreement by its Affiliates and Sublicensees.
Performance Warranty. Each Party hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for the full and timely performance as and when due under, and observance of all the covenants, terms, conditions and agreements set forth in this, Agreement by its Affiliate(s) and Sublicensees.
Performance Warranty. Consultant warrants that the Services rendered will conform to the requirements of this Agreement and with the care and skill ordinarily used by members of the same profession practicing under similar circumstances at the same time and in the same locality.
Performance Warranty. (a) Provider warrants that it will perform all services under this Contract in a manner consistent with the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing under similar circumstances.
Performance Warranty. All work performed under this Contract shall be in accordance with applicable terms and conditions of this Contract and of local codes and ordinances and any other authority having lawful jurisdiction. Work performed under this Contract shall meet all applicable requirements of the latest revision of the NFPA codes. Contractor shall guarantee all work included in the Contract against any defects in workmanship and shall satisfactorily correct, at no cost to TFC, any such defect that may become apparent within a period of one (1) year after completion of work. The warranty period shall commence upon the date of acceptance by TFC.
Performance Warranty. SAP warrants that the Software will substantially conform to the specifications contained in the Documentation for six months following delivery.
