Performance Tracking. CHS, on behalf of DCE, will provide an approximation of performance tracking based on information and data received from Provider. Provider acknowledges that performance tracking will be assessed separately for the periods prior to [January 1, 202_], versus the period starting [January 1, 202_]. Due to the bifurcated tracking of performance tracking, Provider acknowledges that performance of Provider versus performance of all other providers in the DCE will be based on CHS’ best approximation. Performance Tracking. The Parties will work together to develop the data and information necessary to improve health services and to monitor and report on health status and health care information for First Nations in B.C. Actions under consideration include, but are not limited to, establishing data sharing agreements and mechanisms for the timely sharing of data on the health of First Nations in B.C.; reporting every five years on the health status of Aboriginal people through the Office of the Provincial Health Officer, with interim reports every two years; and expanding health surveying to include First Nations.

For non-construction projects this may be estimated, and for construction projects refer to AIA G-702 form. Funds Allocated (Budget): Funds allocated should reflect the amount of funds allocated for each project category and should be in agreement with your current budget. If not, submit a request for a revised budget. Requests shall be preapproved by the FWC Grant Manager and may require execution of an Amendment to the Funding Agreement to modify scope and/or budget. Project Status: Select the appropriate status of the project from the drop-box menu. If Delays, Issues, or Cancellations are selected, please expand on it in the narrative portion of the reporting form.

Performance Tracking. It is important to measure the Contractor's performance to ensure that the contract is in compliance with what has been requested. NPS expects that the contractor will not only fulfill the staffing services as stated in the RFP but will also provide monthly reports and detailed invoices that document services rendered. Complaints Human Resources Director or designee can submit complaints orally or in writing to the Project Manager. NPS may also submit complaints in writing to the Contractor for immediate resolution pertaining to any condition of compliance with contractual provisions. Immediate attention and resolution given to complaints and the number of complaints filed will be the criteria used for measuring performance.
Performance Tracking. The Borrower shall cause Fund IV Holdco to make themselves available during normal business hours at the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent (acting on the instructions of the Required Lenders) to discuss the basis for any calculations, including the interpretation and application of the calculation rules, conventions and procedures under the applicable Limited Liability Company Agreement. Performance Tracking. Company will provide to PRISM Group, Inc. (“PRISM”), on a monthly basis commencing no later than six (6) months from the Effective Date hereof, in an electronic format ticket-level detailed transactional data. Such data will include, but not be limited to, the amount of Company Group’s total (by segment) worldwide on all Participating Airlines air ticket sales and segments and the amount of Company’s total (by segment) worldwide air ticket sales and segments produced for all airline travel by Company.   • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Excused The Affected Party, to the extent rendered unable to perform its obligations or part thereof under this Agreement as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event shall be excused from performance of the obligations. Provided that, the excuse from performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably warranted by the Force Majeure Event. Provided further, nothing contained herein shall absolve the Affected Party from any payment obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the underlying Force Majeure Event.

  • Performance Termination Commencing with the expiration of Fiscal Year 2014, in the event that Adjusted NOI does not equal or exceed the Performance Threshold, then the Tenant shall have the option to terminate this Agreement by providing a ninety (90) day written notice to the Management Company.   • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”).
