Performance Standard Reporting. All numerical representations of performance standards need to be interpreted by the context of the standard and accompanying language. Absent any narrative, normal rounding and significant digit convention shall be used. If any inconsistencies exist for the performance standard throughout the contract, then the Order of Precedence – Uniform Contract Format shall apply (see FAR 52.215-8). Performance standards represented in dollars or units shall be rounded to the nearest dollar or unit using standard rounding conventions (round half up).

Performance Standard Reporting. APS shall deliver the reports listed below to CHC and each of the HMO Subsidiaries showing APS's actual performance during the applicable period compared with the Performance Standards. APS shall prepare separate reports for each HMO Subsidiary and Operating Unit showing actual performance for that HMO Subsidiary or Operating Unit with respect to Performance Standards that can reasonably be measured separately.
Performance Standard Reporting. PBHC shall deliver the reports listed below to PHC and each of the HMO Subsidiaries showing PBHC's actual performance during the applicable period compared with the Performance Standards. PBHC shall prepare separate reports for each HMO Subsidiary and Operating Unit showing actual performance for that HMO Subsidiary or Operating Unit with respect to Performance Standards that can reasonably be measured separately.
Performance Standard Reporting. Customer may provide Contractor with monthly reports reflecting the Contractor's performance level with respect to the Performance Standards and may include notification of any failure by Contractor to meet applicable Performance Standards. In the event Contractor receives notice that it has failed to meet any applicable Performance Standard and Contractor believes that such failure is due to causes beyond the Contractor's control, Contractor shall provide documentation supporting such assertion to Customer within ten (10) days of Contractor's receipt of said notification. Customer shall review such documentation and determine in the exercise of reasonable judgment whether Contractor's failure to meet the applicable Performance Standard is excusable due to causes beyond the Contractor's control, with any such determination by Customer being final and binding upon Contractor.

If the Administrator is the same party as the Servicer, such party’s compliance with Section 3.11(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will satisfy the Administrator’s obligations set forth in this Section 1.21(b).

  • Additional Reporting Requirements Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information:
