Common use of Performance Period Clause in Contracts

Performance Period. The RSUs shall vest, if at all, based upon the attainment of specific pre-established financial performance objectives (the “Performance Objectives”) by the Company for the period commencing on 1 September 2019 and ending on 31 August 2022 (the “Performance Period”), as set forth in this Section 1.
