PERFORMANCE PAY SCHEME. 7.3.1 During the life of this Agreement the Ports Corporation will maintain a Performance Pay Scheme which will be provided to employees covered by this Agreement. That Performance Pay Scheme can be varied by the Ports Corporation by 17 June in any year in respect of the subsequent 12 month Option B period of 1 July to 30 June, but cannot be varied by the Ports Corporation during an Option B period to which it relates.
