Performance of the Service. 2.1 The Parties shall co-operate and consult each other in conjunction with the performance of the Service. Each party shall appoint its own contact person who will be responsible for the co-operation regarding the Agree- ment. The other party shall be informed of the choice of contact person. The authority of contact persons to represent the respective parties shall be set forth in the Agreement

Performance of the Service. 4.1 The supplier shall perform the services in accordance with the specified requirements, specifications, etc., and in accordance with recognised technique and first-class workmanship with reference to applicable industry standards.

The service must be performed with strict adherence to the guidelines currently defined by legislation regulating the basic sanitary sector, or those that may exist in the future, in particular regarding the quality and potability of the water for the public supply, according to the standards established by the appropriate authorities.
