Performance of Other Agreements. Mortgagor shall observe and perform in all respects the terms to be observed or performed by Mortgagor under any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Mortgaged Property.

Performance of Other Agreements. Mortgagor shall observe and perform in all respects the terms each and every term to be observed or performed by Mortgagor under pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, or given by Mortgagor to a Mortgagee for the purpose of further securing an obligation secured hereby and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
