Common use of Performance of Notes Clause in Contracts

Performance of Notes. Grantor shall cause to be performed, observed and complied with all provisions of the Notes and will promptly pay or cause to be paid to Collateral Agent the principal with interest thereon of all Obligations required to be paid by Grantor under the Notes and the Indenture Documents when payment shall become due.
