Performance of Music Sample Clauses

Performance of Music. Exhibitor acknowledges that any live or recorded performances of copyrighted music which occur in Exhibitor’s booth must be licensed from the appropriate copyright owner or agent. Exhibitor undertakes full responsibility for obtaining any necessary licenses and agrees to indemnity, defend and hold harmless NRA Parties from any damages or expenses incurred by NRA Parties due to Exhibitor’s failure to obtain such licenses.
