Common use of Performance Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Performance Monitoring. The Commission will monitor and measure the CNA’s service performance under the agreement to determine if services provided are satisfactorily performed and meet performance requirements of the PWS to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Commission and the CNA shall work cooperatively to address any areas of improvement identified by the Commission.
