PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND MONITORING. 1. The following performance measures will be a requirement of this contract, and ensure a shelter flow that prioritizes participant housing goals and exits to permanent housing.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND MONITORING. Project performance will be assessed by comparing quantitative monitoring results to predetermined performance standards that define the minimum physical or structural conditions deemed to represent normal and acceptable development of a coastal herbaceous wetland. Future project monitoring plans will be developed prior to or during implementation that will identify these performance standards and enable assessment of project goal achievement. Some potential performance metrics may include but are not limited to elevation, spatial extent, plant survival, and percent cover. In the event that performance standards are not achieved or monitoring suggests unsatisfactory progress toward meeting established performance standards, corrective actions may be implemented. Potential corrective actions may include but are not limited to replanting vegetation in areas that experienced dieback and implementing measure to control herbivory.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND MONITORING. The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and required performance standards. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period after being notified by the City, agreement suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.

Contractor will assist a minimum of 65 eligible Participant households comprised of 228 Participants by providing Emergency Shelter Operations and Services during Contractor will assist a minimum of 32 unduplicated eligible Participant during Period Three. As some Participants will not have needs for the maximum assistance to secure permanent housing and achieve housing stability, the total number of households served will likely increase.
