PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS. If and to the extent the Commission establishes standards to measure the performance of RTOs and/or independent system operators, ISO shall provide the Participants Committee and Individual Participants with reports of its performance against those standards. In addition, ISO shall identify in writing any action it plans to take in response to its measured performance relative to those standards and shall include in its periodic reports the status of any uncompleted commitments so identified.
