Performance Frameworks. The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Charter Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Charter Contract. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
Performance Frameworks. The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Contract. These Performance Frameworks shall supersede and replace any and all financial operation metrics, academic performance metrics, and organizational performance metrics established prior to the execution of this Contract and not explicitly incorporated into the Performance Frameworks. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material amendments to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
Performance Frameworks. 4.1.1.Consistent with the requirements of Sec. 302D-16(a), HRS, the School's academic performance under this Contract shall be evaluated based on the School's record of performance according to the State accountability system as may be amended from time to time consistent with State and federal requirements and shall give due consideration to the School's performance based on any Commission-approved school-specific indicators adopted by the School.
Performance Frameworks. The School has met the specific terms, forms, and requirement of the Academic Performance Framework x x Data review. State generated testing data reported by DOE, articulation doucument submitted 1st and 4th year of contract and if there is a change in curriculum.

Performance Framework: Attachment B, incorporated herein by reference, includes the Charter Performance Review and Accountability System (“Accountability Plan”), which includes Academic Performance Framework, Organizational Performance Framework, and Financial Performance Framework adopted by the Commission. These documents together set forth the academic and operational performance indicators and performance targets that will guide the Commission’s evaluation of the School and the criteria, processes and procedures that the Commission will use for ongoing oversight of operational, financial and academic performance of the School.
