Performance Details a. Artist agrees to present a live performance. Artist shall present a musical performance consisting of a vocal choir performance ("Performance"). Artist will perform no less than two songs.
Performance Details. Musicians and entertainers will perform under a covered area and are expected to perform unless the market has been canceled due to inclement weather or unanticipated events. Performers are expected to play for the duration of the market, with no more than three 15-minute intermissions. Please arrive with enough time to set up prior to the market start time. You are responsible for providing your own equipment, including amplification and extension cords. Electrical power is available. Performers are allowed to sell CDs, promotional material, and collect tips during performances. Market hours are 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Wednesdays. Performers are asked not to arrive for set-up before 3:00pm. You are expected to be set up by 4:00pm and be gone from the market site by 7:30pm. Conduct: Music must play at an appropriate volume. Due to the close proximity to vendors there can occasionally be issues with volume that interferes with vendor-customer interactions. Volume must be immediately turned down from request by any Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x Market staff. Please remember that this is a family friendly community event and all content must be appropriate for all ages. Profanity, vulgar language, or content is not permitted in performances. Cancellations/Tardiness: All cancellations by performers must be done at least a week prior to performance. Please be courteous and give us enough time to schedule another musician or entertainer. If you need to cancel, please contact the market manager at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. If there is a chance of late arrival the day of the performance, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated absences without notice may result in suspension or expulsion from the Market, with no payment provided. The Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x Market has the right to cancel the market due to inclement weather or events. If this occurs prior to the start of the market, performers will not receive payment. Payment: A small stipend of $25-$50 per market is allocated to performers at the market. You are allowed to sell CDs, promotional merchandise and collect tips during your performance at the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x Market. Payment will be received via check the day of the market.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Performance Delay Time is of the essence in the Vendor’s performance of this Agreement. If at any time it appears to Vendor that it may not meet any of the performance schedules or the scheduled completion date of the services to be performed for any reason, including labor disputes, Vendor shall immediately by verbal means (to be confirmed in writing) notify Customer of the reasons for and the estimated duration of such delay. If requested by Customer, Vendor shall make every effort to avoid or minimize the delay to the maximum extent possible including the expenditure of premium time. Any additional cost caused by these requirements of Customer shall be borne by Vendor, unless the delay in performance arises out of causes beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of Vendor or its subcontractors within the meaning of the Cancellation- Default clause herein. The foregoing requirements are in addition to any of Customer’s other rights and remedies as may be provided by law or this Agreement.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Measures and Metrics This section outlines the performance measures and metrics upon which service under this SLA will be assessed.   • Performance Frameworks ‌ The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Charter Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Charter Contract. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.
