Performance Bond. All CONTRACTORs must either have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing services comparable to that in the scope of work, i.e. transporting older adults; or must provide a performance bond in an amount equal to the estimated amount of the CONTRACT within ten COUNTY working days of notification prior to the CONTRACT award. The COUNTY shall return the bond to the CONTRACTOR after successful completion of all CONTRACTOR’s obligations and services required under the CONTRACT.
