Performance and Assessment. The School shall evaluate students’ work based on the assessment strategies identified in its Application. The Guild will monitor student academic performance and the academic culture, which provides the ba- sis for high academic performance. The Guild will monitor academic achievement by reviewing student testing and achievement. School students will take the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment tests and any other testing required by Applicable Law. Achievement Goal 1: Mathematics Achievement/Proficiency In cross-cohort performance, The School will exceed proficiency rates in reference to MCA xxxxx- xxxxxx when compared to other public schools in Minneapolis and the career oriented non-districted public schools with similar demographics for MCA math by these percentages: Year 1: same; Year 2: 5%; Year 3: 10%; Year 4: 12%; Year 5: 15%. Achievement Goal 2: Reading Achievement/Proficiency In cross-cohort performance, The School will exceed proficiency rates in reference to MCA reading when compared to other public schools in Minneapolis and the career oriented non-districted public schools with similar demographics for MCA reading by these percentages: Year 1: same; Year 2: 5%; Year 3: 10%; Year 4: 12%; Year 5: 15%. Achievement Goal 3: Mathematics and Reading Growth. In reference to the MMR, The School will show a Growth Z Score of ‘0’ at the end of the first year and post a positive Z Score in all subsequent years during the contract period. The School will show positive student growth (same cohort) measured by NWEA. The percent- age of all students who met proficiency targets the prior year will make at least one year of growth in reading and mathematics: Year 1: 60%; Year 2: 60%; Year 3: 60%; Year 4: 65%; Year 5: 70%. The percentage of all students who did not meet proficiency targets the prior year will make at least 1.2 years of growth in reading and mathematics: Year 1: 60%; Year 2: 60%; Year 3: 60%; Year 4: 65%; Year 5: 70%. Achievement Goal 4: Increase Graduation Rates In cross-cohort performance, The School will exceed graduation rates in when compared to other public schools in Minneapolis and the career oriented non-districted public schools with similar demographics, by these percentages: Year 1: same; Year 2: 5%; Year 3: 8%; Year 4: 10%; Year 5: 15%.   • Criteria for Performance Assessment A. A teacher’s performance shall be assessed based on the criteria set forth in the evaluation instrument, Appendix D.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Performance Appraisals 3201 The Employer shall complete a written appraisal of a nurse's performance at least bi-annually. Upon request, the nurse shall be given an exact copy of the appraisal. 3202 The nurse shall have an opportunity to read such document. 3203 The nurse's signature on such document merely signifies that the contents of the document have been read. 3204 If the nurse disputes the appraisal, she/he may file a reply to the document in accordance with Article 29, and/or she/he may file a grievance under Article 12 of this Agreement.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.
