Perform Loan Documents. Borrower shall, and shall cause the members of the Borrower Control Group to, observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions required to be observed, performed or satisfied by any of them, and to pay when due all costs, fees and expenses required to be paid by any of them under the Loan Documents.
