Common use of Perform Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Perform Loan Documents. Borrower shall and shall cause each other Loan Party to, in a timely manner, observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, the Loan Party, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses of Lender, to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, the Loan Party.
