Perfective maintenance. Supplier shall perform perfective maintenance, which includes performing Software tuning, code restructuring, and other efforts to improve the efficiency and reliability of Software thereby minimizing on-going maintenance and operational requirements. Perfective maintenance includes ensuring that applications operate at peak efficiency with particular focus on areas such as:
Perfective maintenance. Perfective maintenance provides quality, maintainability and operability improvements for a specific application or the wole application portfolio with an objective of reducing current level of resource consumption. This does not include any functional changes to the application. Examples include: • Optimizing code and resources; • Restructuring code logic; • Clarifying and improving system documentation.
Perfective maintenance. Defined as activities relating to enhancements, with effort of two hours or more, to provide additional functionality or increased performance on items covered by this SLA.
Perfective maintenance. Defined as activities relating to enhancements, with effort of five days or more, to provide additional functionality to an application.

  • Use; Maintenance Borrower shall keep and maintain all items of equipment and other similar types of personal property that form any significant portion or portions of the Collateral in good operating condition and repair and shall make all necessary replacements thereof and renewals thereto so that the value and operating efficiency thereof shall at all times be maintained and preserved. Borrower shall not permit any such material item of Collateral to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property, without the prior written consent of Lender. Borrower shall not permit any such material item of Collateral to be operated or maintained in violation of any applicable law, statute, rule or regulation. With respect to items of leased equipment (to the extent Lender has any security interest in any residual Borrower’s interest in such equipment under the lease), Borrower shall keep, maintain, repair, replace and operate such leased equipment in accordance with the terms of the applicable lease.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • PRESERVATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY (a) Borrower shall not commit waste or permit impairment or deterioration of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing the Landlord for the cost of any repairs that are not "normal wear and tear" repairs, any such costs shall be considered additional rent; (e) shall not attach to, hang from or place anything on the railings of the patio or deck; and ( f ) Tenant agrees not to install any partition walls. No outside contractor is authorized to perform any services at the Apartment or apartment complex unless approved in writing by a representative of the Landlord. If Tenant contracts for any such services without written consent of the Landlord, Tenant shall be wholly responsible for the payment for any such service and shall hold the Landlord harmless against any claim made by a contractor who performs any such service at the request of the Tenant. Tenant shall also be responsible for returning the apartment back to its original condition, or else shall be liable to the Landlord for the costs incurred for the Landlord to do so after Tenant vacates.
