PERCENTAGE RATIOS. Based on the Provisional Total Project Sum, the highest percentage ratio for the Proposed Construction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements exceeds 100% based on the latest audited financial statements of MRCB for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 5.78% based on the latest audited financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2015.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable for the Proposed JV, pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 22.45%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Disposal pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) is expected to be more than 100%. However, the final percentage ratio can only be determined upon the execution of the Definitive Agreement.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Option pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities is 9.99% based on the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The percentage ratios pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements applicable to the Proposed Award of Contract produce anomalous results. Notwithstanding the above, the Board believes that in view of the related parties’ interests in the Proposed Award of Contract and the Agreement being a long term contract, the Company has set as a Condition Precedent to the Agreement, the seeking of approval of its non-interested shareholders for the Proposed Award of Contract.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. Based on the audited consolidated financial statements of the DBhd Group for the FYE 31 December 2015 and pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements, the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposals is more than 100%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable for the Privatisation Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is 7.12%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposals pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for Main Market is 8.93%.
