Per Diem Compensation. Per diem nurses shall receive a sixteen percent (16%) premium above the contract base rate of pay, plus shift differential, worked holiday premium, and premium pay for BSN and/or certification, but shall not be eligible for any additional pay or benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) matching program and Paid Sick Leave.

Per Diem Compensation. 4.6.3.1 Per diem nurses who on average work less than thirty (30) hours per week each month shall continue to receive a sixteen percent (16%) premium above the contract base rate of pay, plus shift differential, worked holiday premium, and premium pay for BSN and/or certification, but shall not be eligible for any additional pay or benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) matching program.
Per Diem Compensation. Per diem nurses shall be paid in accordance with the wage rates set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement. In addition, a per diem nurse shall receive a differential in lieu of the benefits contained in Article 10 of fifteen percent (15%). Per diem nurses shall receive longevity increments and shall be eligible for standby pay, preceptor pay, relief RN Staff Nurse Team Lead pay, callback pay, shift differentials, certification/BSN premium and premium pay for actual hours worked on a holiday in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement. When a nurse transfers from full-time or part-time status to per diem status, all of the nurse’s accrued PTO shall be cashed out.
Per Diem Compensation. Per diem employees shall receive a twelve percent (12%) premium above the contract base rate of pay, plus shift differential, weekend premium and worked holiday premium, but shall not be eligible for any additional pay or benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) matching program and paid sick leave (PSL).
Per Diem Compensation. Every member of the bargaining unit covered by this contract shall be compensated at a per diem rate based on the teacher's yearly salary for every day added to the school calendar over 186 days provided that this Section does not take precedence over provisions in this contract and in the footnotes to the Salary Schedules regarding new teacher orientation and teachers in Group V.
Per Diem Compensation. In addition to the base compensation described above, Lanhxx xxxll receive One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) for each day he provides consulting services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, plus reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred therein at the Company's request.
Per Diem Compensation. Per diem LPNs shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) premium above the contract base rate of pay, plus shift differential, worked holiday premium, but shall not be eligible for any additional pay or benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) matching program.
Per Diem Compensation. Per diem base rates will be as per individual placement on the wage grid. RCHSD reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the number of employees in the per diem categories at any time. Differential for Per Diem employees will be paid according to the attached Differential Schedule.
