Per Diem Basis. (a) An employee placed on a temporary assignment or assigned to a traveling crew and who is absent from their official station and who provides their own lodging shall be paid an hourly allowance consisting of the Non-Commercial Lodging Per Diem and the standard daily meal allowance specified in Appendix A of the DAS Travel Policy divided by twenty- four (24) hours for each hour or major portion thereof of the travelling crew assignment. If the amounts of the Non- Commercial Lodging Per Diem or the standard daily meal allowance specified in Appendix A of the DAS Travel Policy are changed, these amounts will be changed accordingly. Such allowance shall begin on the hour when they are absent from the official station and end on the hour when they return to the official station. This Subsection does not apply to the circumstances described in Section 3.

Per Diem Basis. (a) An employee placed on a temporary assignment or assigned to a traveling crew and who is absent from his/her official station and who provides his/her own lodging shall be paid an allowance of two dollars and sixty-seven cents ($2.67) per hour or sixty-four dollars ($64.00) per day, and, if the amounts of the Non- Commercial Lodging Per Diem or the standard daily meal allowance specified in Appendix A of the DAS Travel Policy are changed, these amounts will be changed accordingly. Such allowance shall begin on the hour when he/she is absent from the official station and end on the hour when he/she returns to the official station. This Subsection does not apply to the 2009-2011 SEIU Local 503, OPEU/State of Oregon CBA 38 circumstances described in Section 3.

Field Capacity shall be the average of the five highest amounts of net generation (in MWh) simultaneously achieved by all Units during eight-hour periods within the six-month period. Such eight-hour periods shall not overlap or be counted more than once but may be consecutive. Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.

  • Temporary Credit for Unamortized Specified Road Construction Cost When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the Contracting Officer shall credit the unamortized cost of Specified Roads to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account, upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of Contracting Officer. The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.

  • Total Cost It is estimated that the total cost to Princeton University for the performance of this Contract shall not exceed the Not-to-Exceed Price set forth in the Contract and the Contractor agrees to use its best efforts to perform the Work specified in the Contract and all obligations under this Contract within such Not-to- Exceed Price. If at any time the Contractor has reason to believe that the hourly rate payments and material costs that will accrue in performing this Contract in the next succeeding thirty (30) days, if added to all other payments and costs previously accrued, will exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of the Not-to-Exceed Price in the Contract, the Contractor shall notify Princeton University giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performing this Contract, the Contractor has reason to believe that the total price to Princeton University for performing this Contract will be substantially greater or less than stated Not-to-Exceed Price, the Contractor shall so notify Princeton University, giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract, with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate exclusive of overtime premium, shift premium, stability or any other special allowances.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Determination of One-Month LIBOR Pursuant to the terms of the Global Agency Agreement, the Global Agent shall calculate the Class Coupons for the applicable Classes of Notes (including MAC Notes on which the Exchange Administrator has directed the Global Agent to make payments) for each Accrual Period (after the first Accrual Period) on the applicable LIBOR Adjustment Date. “One-Month LIBOR” will be determined by using the “Interest Settlement Rate” for U.S. dollar deposits with a maturity of one month set by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (“ICE”) as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Adjustment Date (the “ICE Method”). ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on Bloomberg L.P.’s page “BBAM.” That page, or any other page that may replace page BBAM on that service or any other service that ICE nominates as the information vendor to display the ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a “Designated Page.” ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to five decimal places. If ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on a LIBOR Adjustment Date, or if the Designated Page is not then available, One-Month LIBOR for that date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate. If ICE no longer sets an Interest Settlement Rate, Freddie Mac will designate an alternative index that has performed, or that Freddie Mac (or its agent) expects to perform, in a manner substantially similar to ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate.
