PEOPLE PAY SERVICE. These People Pay Service Terms of Use govern your use of the People Pay Service ("Service").

PEOPLE PAY SERVICE. The People Pay Service is an optional payment service that allows you to transfer funds from your Account to another individual's account via the Internet or a mobile device. Through the People Pay Services banking feature, (which may be used in conjunction with Bank's other iManage Personal Banking® products); you can make money payments directly from your mobile device or the Internet to another individual. If a People Pay payment is sent via a mobile number or email, the payment will be deducted from your Account on the day the recipient claims the payment. If a People Pay payment is sent via direct deposit, the payment will be immediately deducted from your Account on the same day the payment is sent. The People Pay Services are subject to applicable fees in accordance with the Bank Fee Schedule.
PEOPLE PAY SERVICE. The People Pay Service will enable you to make electronic payments from an Account that you designate (”Payment Account”) to anyone with an e-mail address, mobile phone number, PayPal account, or mailing address directly from your Account.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.

  • Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.
