Pension Trusts. A. When an employee who is covered by a pension plan is assigned to a special duty assignment outside of the bargaining unit, their wage reductions/contributions to the pension shall cease. The exception shall be when an employee is assigned to work in a bargaining unit that also provides for a pension plan, in which case the employee will pay into the pension at the negotiated rate for that bargaining unit. The employee’s wage reductions/contributions to the pension shall resume when the employee is restored to their position within the bargaining unit.

Pension Trusts. The County agrees to re-open negotiations during the term of this 19 Agreement upon request by the Union, solely for the purpose of negotiating procedures and policies 20 for employees covered by this Agreement to participate in the Union’s pension trust. The parties 21 understand and agree that the Union will conduct a membership vote to determine whether the 22 membership will participate in the pension trust, and that if a majority of members vote in favor of 23 participation, all bargaining unit employees must participate. The parties further agree that 24 participation in the pension trust shall not result in an increase of pay for any employees covered by 25 this Agreement.

  • Pension Contributions 19.2.3.1 Unless required by law to commence receiving a pension prior to the Member’s actual retirement date (i.e., currently December 31 of the year in which the Member attains age sixty-nine (69)) the Member who postponed retirement beyond his or her TRD will continue to make pension contributions.

  • Pension Fund 1. The Employer shall make contributions to a pension trust fund known as the “Building Service 32BJ Pension Fund” to cover bargaining unit employees who are regularly employed twenty (20) or more hours per week, including paid time off. The Employer shall also make contributions on behalf of other bargaining unit employees to the extent that such employees work a sufficient number of hours to require benefit accrual pursuant to Section 204 of ERISA.   • Health and Welfare Fund Pursuant to provisions contained in a pre­ vious Collective Bargaining Agreement, there has been established a Health and Welfare Fund known as the “ Retail Meat Cutter Unions and Employers Joint Health and Welfare Fund For The Chicago Area” ; said Fund is hereinafter referred to as the “ Health and Welfare Fund.”

  • BENEFIT FUND The Trustees are authorized and directed to establish a study committee to review the legality, feasibility and desirability of setting up and maintaining an employee funded Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If an FSA is determined to be legal, feasible and desirable in this context, the Trustees are further authorized and directed to establish such an arrangement and offer it to employees covered by this Agreement; provided that the FSA shall not be offered to employees of any Employer who is unwilling or unable to permit employee participation in the FSA.

  • Custodial Employees The School District may provide and maintain uniforms for Custodial employees at no cost to the employee. If the uniforms are provided, the following requirements shall then apply. Employees shall then be required to wear uniforms during the workday. Uniforms will be replaced on an as needed basis due to normal wear and tear or if lost through no fault of the employee. For replacement purposes, employees must turn in the appropriate garments. Any employee issued a uniform(s), who is leaving employment, will be required to turn in his/her uniform(s) prior to receiving his/her last check. The District will establish procedures for cleaning and maintaining rented uniform(s).
