Pension Trust Fund. Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana Laborers Pension Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown in Article XXVI. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Pension Trust Fund.
