Common use of Pension Plan Clause in Contracts

Pension Plan. “Pension Plan” shall mean an Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA.

Pension Plan. “Pension Plan” " shall mean an Employee Plan that is an “any "employee pension benefit plan” within the meaning of " as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISAERISA (other than a Multiemployer Plan) (A) which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries maintains, administers, contributes to or is required to contribute to, and (B) which covers any employee or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (with respect to their relationship with such entities).
