Pending Cases. The parties agree, immediately upon legislative approval of this Agreement, if not beforehand, to meet and discuss the backlog of pending arbitration cases with the goal of resolving, thereby reducing the numbers of the same.
Pending Cases. Individuals found to have pending court cases for any of the disqualifying offenses will be disqualified. If the disposition of the pending case does not meet the criteria for the disqualification as listed above, the individual would then be cleared and reinstated.
Pending Cases. Additionally, the parties via memorandum of agreement (refer to MOA for "Speed Trials") agree to resolve the backlog of pending arbitration cases through "speed trials".

Pending Cases. The amendments made by the first section of this Act [enacting this section] shall not affect the right of any party in any case pending in a court on the date of enactment of this Act [Nov. 15, 1990] to have the party’s rights determined on the basis of the substantive law in effect before such date of en- actment.
Pending Cases. A pending case may be sealed at any time upon motion of either party and execution by the court of a written order. Unless otherwise specified in the order, neither the clerk’s case index nor the existing case docket will be modified.
Pending Cases. 5.4.1 Particular difficulties arise for competent authorities in cases where they are aware of serious information relating to a practitioner that indicates that the public may be at risk from that practitioner and where no final decision has been taken in the home country about the practitioner’s continuing right to practise (so-called ‘pending cases’).
Pending Cases. You agree that, as a prospective, existing, or new member of MIAMI as a Xxxxxxxx Broker or Agent, if you are subsequently expelled, suspended, or if you resign from MIAMI, and there is a MIAMI MLS violation, arbitration, or litigation pending, MIAMI may condition the renewal of your membership upon verification that you will submit to the pending matter and that you will abide by the decision of the governing body. If you resign, are expelled, or if you are suspended, and you have not yet complied with the decision of such governing body, you agree that MIAMI may condition renewal of your membership upon: your satisfaction and/or compliance with the decision of such governing body; and/or, your payment of any associated costs, fines, or fees associated with the matter.
