Penalties for Unauthorized Disclosure of Information. In the event the WPEA fails to comply with any terms of this DSA, the Employer will have the right to take such action as it deems appropriate. The exercise of remedies pursuant to this paragraph will be in addition to all sanctions provided by law, and to legal remedies available to parties injured by unauthorized disclosure. The WPEA accepts full responsibility and liability for any violations of the DSA.
