PEG Access Channels. (a) The Licensee shall continue to make available for use by the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) three (3) Licensee-owned Subscriber Network Downstream Channels for PEG Access purposes, which shall be used to transmit non-commercial PEG Access Programming to Subscribers, at no cost to the Town, the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) and shall be subject to the control and management of the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s).

PEG Access Channels. Any Licensee-owned channel(s) made available by the Licensee and provided for use for the presentation of PEG Access Programming.
PEG Access Channels. 5.1.1. The Licensee shall continue to make available to the Issuing Authority and/or the PEG Access Designee, as designated in writing by the Issuing Authority, three (3) SD PEG Access Channels on its Basic Service Tier. In accordance with Section 5.1.2 below, the Issuing Authority may also request one (1) HD PEG Access Channel for a total of four (4) PEG Access Channels.

PEG Access Channels. Grantee shall make available PEG access and comply with the standards set for PEG as required by the regulations of the NYPSC. Any PEG channel shall be shared with other franchising authorities served by Grantee’s cable system. The Grantor shall indemnify, save and hold Grantee harmless from and against any liability resulting from the Grantor’s use of the PEG Channels for municipal access.

Licensee shall make available a third (3rd) channel for non-commercial, PEG Access use to the Town and/or the Town’s designee within twenty four (24) months of the Effective Date of this Renewal License.

PEG Access Channels. (a) Upon the PEG Access Transition Date, the Licensee shall make available to the Issuing Authority or its designee(s) (2) Downstream Channels for PEG Access purposes, which shall be used to transmit non-commercial PEG Access Programming to Subscribers, at no cost by the Town or its designee(s) and, except as otherwise provided for herein, shall be subject to the control and management of the Town and/or its designee(s). Said Access Channels shall be included in the Licensee’s Basic Service.
PEG Access Channels. (a) Subject to Section 3.1 supra, no later than eighteen (18) months from the Execution Date of the Final License, the Licensee shall make available to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s), six (6) full-time Downstream Channels for PEG Access purposes on the Subscriber Network. There shall be no charges and/or costs whatsoever to the Issuing Authority, the Town, program originators, and/or Subscribers for such capacity.
PEG Access Channels. 5.1.1 Franchisee shall make available to all Subscribers on the System five video Channels in standard definition digital format for PEG use (the “SD Access Channels”). Programming for one of these channels shall be determined by Xxxxxxx Community Television; for a second, by Xxxxxxx County Public Schools; for a third, by Xxxxxxx Community College; for a fourth, by Xxxxxxx County Government. The fifth channel shall be designated for carriage of programming produced by each of the towns and cities in Xxxxxxx County (the “Municipal Channel”). Upon one hundred eighty (180) days’ advance written request, the System shall be segmented by Community Planning Areas in such a way that each town or city’s programming can be provided on a single Municipal Channel, with each community’s programming viewable in the respective Community Planning Area provided that if any programming on the Municipal Channel is viewable outside of the intended Community Planning Area, it shall not be viewable in any Community Planning Area pertaining to another town or city in Xxxxxxx County, in order to eliminate the possibility of scheduling conflicts between communities.
