The consulting teacher will serve a one-year term with the possibility of serving five consecutive years unless another arrangement is agreed to by the Peer Consultant Governing Board. The Govern- ing Board will conduct an annual review of each consulting teacher. The consult- ing teachers will serve in this capacity on a full-time basis with addendum days. Paragraph 4: Each consulting teacher will be expected to serve no more than fifteen (15) new teachers. The Governing Board may adjust the number after dis- cussions with the consulting teacher. Consulting teachers will assist in new staff orientation, workshops and graduate level course work as deemed appropriate by the Governing Board.

To be eligible for consideration as a peer consultant, each candidate will be a teacher currently working directly with students, with a minimum of five (5) years within the last seven (7) years of service in USD 259. The peer consultant will serve a one-year term, which may be renewed annually following review of the peer consultant by the Governing Board with due consideration for the input and views of the Executive Coordinator of New Teacher Induction. Unless a longer term is approved by the Governing Board and Executive Coordinator, a peer consultant shall be limited to a maximum of seven (7) consecutive years in such role. The peer consultant will serve in this capacity on a full-time basis with addendum days.

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • Performance Criteria The Performance Criteria are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.
