Common use of Peaceful Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Peaceful Enjoyment. Subject to the other terms of this Lease, Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for the Lease Term free of any claims by any party claiming by, through or under Landlord, provided there is no Event of Default by Tenant hereunder.

Peaceful Enjoyment. Subject to the other terms of this Lease, Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for the Term of the Lease Term free and any and all renewals thereof, subject to the other terms, provisions, agreements, covenants and conditions of any claims by any party claiming by, through or under Landlordthis Lease, provided there is no Event of Default that Tenant pays the Rent to be paid by Tenant hereunderunder this Lease and fully and faithfully performs all of Tenant's covenants, obligations and agreements contained in this Lease.

Subject to the other terms of this Lease, Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for the Lease Term free of any claims by any party claiming by, through or under Landlord, provided there is no Event of Default that Tenant pays the rent to be paid by Tenant hereunderunder this Lease and performs all of Tenant’s covenants and agreements herein contained.

Subject to the other terms of this Lease, Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for Premises, subject to the Lease Term free of any claims by any party claiming by, through or under Landlordother terms hereof, provided there is no Event of Default that Tenant pays the Rent and other sums herein recited to be paid by Tenant and performs all of Tenant's covenants and agreements herein contained. It is understood and agreed that this covenant and any and all other covenants of Landlord contained in this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only with respect to breaches occurring during the ownership of Landlord's interest hereunder.

Peaceful Enjoyment. Subject to the other terms of this Lease, Landlord covenants with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the Rent and all other charges required under this Lease and performing all of Tenant's covenants and agreements herein contained, Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises for subject to all of the terms of this Lease. This covenant and the other covenants of Landlord contained in this Lease Term free shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only during its or their respective ownership of any claims by any party claiming by, through or under Landlord, provided there is no Event the Premises and of Default by Tenant the landlord's interest hereunder.

It is understood and agreed that this covenant and any and all other covenants of Landlord contained in this lease shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only with respect to breaches occurring during the ownership of Landlord's interest hereunder.

ARTICLE IV Section 4.1.
