Common use of Peaceful Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Peaceful Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that Tenant shall and may peacefully have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises subject to the other terms hereof, provided that no Event of Default exists under this Lease. It is understood and agreed that this covenant and any and all other covenants of Landlord contained in this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors and assigns only with respect to breaches occurring during its and their respective ownership of the Landlord's interest hereunder.

Peaceful Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that Tenant Tenant, on paying the yearly rent, and additional rent, and performing the covenants herein, shall and may peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises subject to for the other terms hereofTerm, provided that no Event of Default exists under this Lease. It is understood and agreed provided, however, that this covenant shall be conditioned upon the retention of title to the Premises by Landlord. AND IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the covenants and any and all other covenants of Landlord agreements contained in this Lease Agreement shall be binding upon Landlord the parties hereto and its successors and assigns only with respect to breaches occurring during its and upon their respective ownership of the Landlord's interest hereundersuccessors, heirs, executors and administrators.
