PCG’s AcquireIT™ Framework. PCG’s strategy begins with a thorough understanding of the City’s existing systems, documentation and requirements, including reviewing documentation; interviewing key stakeholders to understand current functionality, processes and requirements; and then analyzing the findings and developing the Gap Analysis Report. Throughout the process, as described in detail below, PCG will utilize a core team of experienced senior staff and Subject Matter Experts. PCG’s structured methodology, AcquireIT™, is used when assisting clients with the development of requirements that may lead to a procurement process. There are two main processes we follow as part of AcquireIT™ that closely align with your Tasks 1, 2, 3 and 4:  The Feasibility Study Methodology aligns with the City’s Gap Analysis process and Plan of Action to Implement Solutions as described in the RFP.  Our Proposal Development Methodology aligns with the City’s requirement for Evaluation and Selection of Vendor all the way through the Contract Negotiation processes in the RFP. These are described more fully in the next section, “Proposed Products / Services.”
