Design Professional and its subconsultants shall comply with California Labor Code section 1776, which generally requires keeping accurate payroll records, verifying and certifying payroll records, and making them available for inspection. Design Professional shall require its subconsultants to also comply with section 1776. Design Professional and its subconsultants shall submit weekly certified payroll records online via the City’s web-based Labor Compliance Program. Design Professional is responsible for ensuring its subconsultants submit certified payroll records to the City.
