PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF DUES. a. The Employer shall deduct from each employee's wage the amount of Union dues or fees, as specified by the Union, for all employees covered by this Agreement who have voluntarily provided the Employer with a written agreement authorizing such deductions. Once signed, the authorization cannot be canceled for a period of one (1) year from the date appearing on such written assignment or within a fifteen (15) day period prior to the termination date of this Agreement, whichever occurs sooner.
