Payroll Costs. Payroll costs shall include costs for employees in the direct employ of Contractor in the performance of the Work under schedules of job classifications agreed upon by Owner and Contractor.

Payroll Costs. Payroll costs and other compensation of Contractor’s officers, executives, principals (of partnerships and sole proprietorships), general managers, engineers, architects, estimators, attorneys, auditors, accountants, purchasing and contracting agents, expediters, timekeepers, clerks and other personnel employed by Contractor whether at the Site or in Contractor’s principal or a branch office for general administration of the Work and not specifically included in the agreed upon schedule of job classifications referred to in Section 11.1.1.1, all of which are to be considered administrative costs covered by the Contractor’s fixed fee.
Payroll Costs. The Company shall reimburse the Administrator for the Company’s pro rata portion of the payroll and related benefits (including tax withholding) (hereinafter, collectively, “Payroll Costs”) for each of the Administrator’s employees who provide services to the Company. This amount shall be computed on a monthly basis for each employee as the ratio of the hours spent on behalf of the Company to the total hours worked by the employee applied to the employee’s payroll and related benefits for that month.
Payroll Costs. The total aggregate hours of service performed by all of the Administrator’s employees during the month shall be the “Denominator.” The total aggregate hours of service performed by all of the Administrator’s employees on behalf of the Company during the month shall be the “Numerator.” The percentage derived by dividing the Numerator by the Denominator shall be the percentage of all Payroll Costs that shall be billed to the Company for that month (the “Monthly Percentage”).

Payroll Costs. 1. Payroll costs shall be defined as the actual salaries and fringe benefit cost of all personnel working on the Project. The Local Agency agrees to pay such actual payroll items as Social Security, Unemployment Compensation, excise and payroll taxes, employees' compensation insurance, sick leave, vacation, holiday pay and employees' retirement, employee medical and disability insurance, in addition to actual salaries. The Local Agency agrees to reimburse the Consultant for overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the hourly rate paid each employee. Requests for authorization of overtime will require prior written approval of the Local Agency.
Payroll Costs. The Academy will also pay Partner Solutions for Schools, on an at-cost basis for properly invoiced salary, benefits, and other costs attributable to Worksite Staff (“Payroll Costs”), including but not limited to gross wages, FICA, Medicare, FUTA, SUTA, workers’ compensation insurance, professional liability insurance, separation costs, employer portions of health, dental, vision and life insurance, and 401K employer contributions (if applicable). Partner Solutions for Schools shall be in receipt of funds for Payroll Costs no later than the third business day preceding each payroll date (“Payroll Date”) for Partner Solutions for Schools’ Worksite Staff. Said funds will be received by Partner Solutions for Schools via an electronic transfer, either initiated by the Academy or by Partner Solutions for Schools, whichever is agreed upon by both parties. For purposes of this Agreement the Payroll Date shall be that date or dates established annually by Partner Solutions for Schools. If the Payroll Costs funding is not received in full three (3) business days prior to the Payroll Date, payroll will not be processed until full payment is received from the Academy, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing between the Academy and Partner Solutions for Schools
