Common use of Payments Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Payments Upon Termination. (a) In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.4 or Section 4.6, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 through the last day of his or her actual employment by the Company.

Payments Upon Termination. (a) In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4.1, 4.1 because the Employee has elected not to renew the Agreement or is terminated pursuant to Section 4.2, Section 4.4 4.3 or by the Employee pursuant to Section 4.64.4, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 Section 3 through the last day of his or her actual employment by the Company.

(a) In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.4 or Section 4.6, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 3.3 through the last day of his or her actual employment by the Company.

(a) In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.4 or Section 4.65, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 Section 4 through the last day of his or her actual employment by the Company, together with the payments described in Sections 6.2(a) or (b), as applicable.

(a) In the event the If Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to Sections 4.1 or 4.2 hereof, then Employee shall be entitled to: (1) the Base Salary pursuant to Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.4 or Section 4.6, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 3.1(a) earned through the last day date of his or her actual employment by the Companytermination; and (2) all applicable reimbursements from Employer due under Section 3.2 hereof.

(a) In the event the Employee’s 's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.4 or Section 4.6, the Company shall pay to the Employee the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to him or her under Sections 3.1 and 3.4 Section 3 through the last day of his or her actual employment by the Company and such other payments as provided in the written policy of Company.
