Common use of Payments to the Company Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Company. (a) Except as provided in Sections 2(c), 3, 5(b) and 8(a), the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and their Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Arrangements.

Payments to the Company. (a) Except as provided in Sections 2(cSection 1(i), Section 2, Section 3, Section 5(b) ), and 8(a)Section 8 hereof, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and their Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Arrangements.

(a) Except as provided in Sections 2(cSection 1(h), Section 2(b), Section 3, Section 5(b), and Section 8(a) and 8(a)hereof, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and their Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Arrangements.

(a) Except as provided in Sections 2(cSection l(h), 3, Section 3 and Section 5(b) and 8(a)hereof, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and their Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Arrangements.

Payments to the Company. (a) Except as provided in Sections 2(cSection 2(b), Section 3, Section 5(b), and Section 8(a) and 8(a)hereof, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the assets of the Trust assets Fund before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and their Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the ArrangementsPlans.
