Payments to Consultants. For all services rendered, PMF shall make payment to Consultants within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of payment from TFC. Should it become necessary, and in the sole discretion of TFC and after five (5) day notice to PMF, TFC may issue joint checks to PMF and Consultants.
